Good way to watch Canadian TV Online?

I've been trying to catch up on Season 3 of Lost Girl. Syfy doesn't seem to stream current eps on their website. At least I can't find them. I figure this is b/c Showcase actually makes the show. I tried to watch from their site but I'm not allowed b/c I'm in US. I have Expat Shield and attempted with that, but expat shield shows me as UK. Showcase Canada still would not allow me to stream.
Any ideas?

I was starting "Monday SyFy Mashup" threads for a while but the last 3 Monday nights I've been working. Last weeks episode was meh... but other than that and one other - This season's been fun. It's airing live in Canada right now so the ep that's airing tomorrow on SyFy should be up anytime now.

Ok... Thank you nikki6 for mentioning Expat Shield. How I've never heard of this before I have no idea. I like to watch a BBC archaeology show called Time Team and not all of the episodes are avail. on 1 channel.

Yes, allows me to stream from any site in UK. Learned about it so I could watch Lip Service, a lesbian drama that was on BBC 3. I liked this show way better than L Word. Unfortunately it was cancelled I think, but I believe its available on Hulu or Netflix or at least it was.
