Keep 2 for fantasy baseball

Ryan Braun obviously is 1 of them. If I dont keep 2 then I have a pick in that 2nd round, but I have the first pick in the draft, so would pick last in that round if others do not keep 2 players as well.
Ryan Braun
Josh Hamilton
Ian Kinsler
Yu Darvish
David Price
League is the standard 10 categories, but is just 1 win or loss for the week depending on who wins the majority of the categories.
Just not sure its worth keeping Hamilton this year, think a better player may be available in drafting that isn't kept by someone else.
Thanks for the help

I've never played in a scoring system like this. So there's 10 categories. You win 6 of those, you win your match up for the week? What if it's 5-5? I'd definitely keep Price. You have a player that will contribute to all 5 hitting categories and a player to contribute to 4/5 pitching to build around.

5-5 would be a tie. It's very strange, first time I played was last year. There is also a 8 pitcher starts cap on starting pitching. I really think this year I'm going to go pitcher heavy

Can you explain this? So you can keep Price but only insert him into your lineup 8 times?

no its a per week thing, you can only start 8 pitchers a week. Anything more than that (aside from relief appearances) does not count for the week.

I'm in a 7x7 with the same weekly win setting. We add OPS and Hits (not a lot of sense there) and then QS and Ls for pitching.
Who would you project the others keeping? What is your draft position? Who will be available when you draft?
I have never seen the best pitching staff win a title in our leagues history. Especially when the playoffs start and your staff throws once a week just based on their schedules. I'd prefer having the best hitters playing 6 games a week than a pitcher throwing an average of 1.5

This is standard scoring. It's strange that that was the first time you've ever played it.
Braun and Hambone

I say you keep Braun and Ham then load up in pitching during the draft

Best 2 players of the group imo.
