Wasn't that your argument? He played in a 3-4, they didn't.

The funny thing is, I actually said I'm fine with signing Butler. I just don't think we should be more excited for him than for Galette and Wilson's potential as pass rushers in the new defense.

I don't think many are saying that. I know I was more interested in Butler than Dumervil because he's younger, has played for Ryan and should know the scheme (which is supposedly quite complicated) and would likely cost quite a bit less than Dumervil (which is important since the Saints will still need to sign their draft picks.

dude Im not gona sit here and argue with you about your point. what Im saying is give these guys more snaps and the production goes up. you want as many OLB that you can have. They are rotational players. plus you need competition at camp. Get a few guys that come to camp without competition and see if we get any better.

Sorry, I didn't realize you were the board sheriff who went around acting like a douche then telling others to take it down a level.

Someone doesn't like being put in their place. Everything I've said is perfectly reasonable and logical. If you want to go around making up fake quotes and getting your panties in a bunch, that's your problem. I do enjoy that you expect that you can go around spouting off whatever bullshite you want and not expect anyone to call you out for it.

Really? So why is everyone getting so pissed and making up shite I never said after I brought up that people think this? The only people who said no one is saying that are you and goatmilker, and you 2 weren't part of the group I called out.

I can't wait until the season when Galette and Wilson are tearing up the league, and everyone on this board is acting like they knew it all along. I'm out.

but I have a feeling they dont sign either.

I'm not in on this...just yet. It would be nice to get feel how Butler feels about Ryan. If he enjoyed playing for the man, that goes a long way.

Why are rosters over 22 players? Hell, if you got 22 good ones, you're set, right?

*hint- your answer is in there somewhere. *
