I wish they would do this as well, but the usual point brought up is that wood bats are too expensive for college/high school. If only the MLB would work out a deal with the NCAA and pay for the bats...

Keith Law didn't rank Williams in his top 50 draft eligible prospects. But has Ivan Wilson, out of Ruston, ranked 47, and Garrett Williams, out of Calvary, as an "other name to watch."

ESPN is making him be a draft guru though when his forte is minor league farm systems. Seems like ESPN just doesn't want to hire someone else to focus on the draft and making him do that
