I'll take a stab at a trade scenario...

In this scenario the top four 3-4 OLB will be gone before #15 (Dion Jordan #2 Jags, Jarvis Jones #4 Philly, Ansah #6 Cle, Mingo #9 Jets)

Debating whether to take a DB or NT at this spot, Green Bay calls and offers its 1st, 2nd, and 5th round picks (26, 55, 152) to move ahead of Rams and Dallas for the services of S Kenny Vaccarro from Texas; their heir apparent to Charles Woodson. Trade Value of #15 = 1050. Trade value of 26,55,152 = 1080.

While sitting at 26, Miami calls and they can’t believe that Minny takes Tavon Austin over Keenan Allen. Mia offers their 2 2nd round picks (42 & 54). Trade Value of #26 = 700; Trade value of 42&54 = 860. Miami over pays in value, but they get the guy that they almost drafted w their first round pick; they also keep Allen out of their division rival Pats lap.

Saints Picks = 42, 54, 55, 75, 106, 137, 152, 173

#42 (via Mia) 2nd Round Saints Select
Alex Okafaor, OLB Texas
Saints finally get their premier pass rusher at a good value. Some mocks have Okafor going in the 1st round area and others have him dropping in the 2nd due to health concerns. Played 4-3 DE at Texas, he didn't show amazing speed off the edge but still managed almost 1 sack per game.

# 54 (via Mia) Saints Select
David Amerson, CB NCST
6'3 corner/safety hybrid that runs a 4.44. He had a disappointing junior season after being one of the best ball-hawks in the country his sophomore year. After watching their corners get bullied year after year, Loomis takes a page out of the Seahawks playbook and targets a corner with a bigger frame

#55 (via GB) Saints Select
Menelik Watson, OT Florida St
6'6 320 extremely athletic but raw. The former basketball player can step in right away at RT, or compete at LT if Bushrod is gone. Payton watched Brees get whacked all year and addresses the problem early in the draft.

#75 Saints Select
Brandon Williams, NT Missouri Southern
6'1 335 with good upper body strength and low center of mass. NT is an absolute need, as Bunkley is not the long term answer, and may not even be the answer this year

#106 Saints Select
J.J. Wilcox, S Georgia Southern
6 foot safety who had a great Senior Bowl. Helps provide depth, especially if Harper is cut. My guess at the token small school product that Loomis always grabs.

#137 Saints Select
Chris Faulk, OT LSU
Potential 1st round pick had he not gotten hurt early in his junior year. I don't think Payton will ever allow his brainchild Brees to be protected by a bouncer again like last year. May beat out and Strief and Charles Brown for the RT spot this year. Yes, I picked an LSU tiger..

#152 (via GB) Saints Select
Michael Mauti, ILB Penn St
The local product will provide depth at the ILB position that will be needed, especially if Vilma is gone. He won't remind Rob Ryan of Sean Lee, but he is a volume tackler and has good technique.

#173 Saints Select
Michael Williams, TE Ala
6'6 and 265, Williams is known for his run blocking ability, especially at sealing off the edge. Also runs a 4.5 and could be another toy for Payton to have if he wants to go into a heavy set formation.

Drafttek Trade Value Chart

I like that draft..............

1 – Dion Jordan, DE - Oregon / Mingo LSU / Margus Hunt SMU
3- Brandon Williams, DT – Missouri Southern
4-Blidi Wreh Wilson, CB – Connecticut
5-JJ Wilcox, SS – Georgia Southern
6- Michael Williams, TE – Alabama

I like Wreh Wilson a lot, but I don't think he will be there in the 4th. Probably late 2nd-early 3rd area.

Every Saints mock I've seen so far either has Jordan Mills, Jordan Rodgers, Brian Winters or Ray Ray Armstrong.

No way Dion falls that far and Margus would be a reach at 15, we could trade down and get him in the 24-40 range.

This would be badass but I really doubt he get's out of the mid 3rd.

6- Michael Williams, TE – Alabama
This one I would love.
