Considering your impressive list of bands, I´d proffer up the following, which I fear you´ve already heard (although maybe not know it was Blur).

There are more, and better suggestions, but I´m going with the obvious.

I've actually heard that song in the first link (song 2, what's the real name?) and I like it, just never knew who the band was.

I like the 2nd link as well. I'll definitely check out their other songs now.

Blur´s Trailer Park is soooooooooooooo good. Trimm Trabb, just as haunting, but in a different way.
