First time there, I know a few of y'all have been. Any good recs? I'm looking to definately try the garlic parm fries and probably going to get the duck breast for a main course but again, this is my first time.

Also I'm assuming something along the lines of a button down and jeans are acceptable? Might be wearing the slacks, not sure yet.

Thanks!

if you are going for lunch or "brunch" get the bloody mary

I don't know you, nor your food tastes so my advice would be to get whatever you think sounds like something you'd enjoy.

When in doubt, overdress.

You will be fine in anything you wear. The mussels and blackened shrimp over a grits cake are both excellent appetizers.

It'll be for dinner. I know food is very opinionated but I like hearing what people like so I can try new things. I'm sure it's hard to go wrong with alot of their menu items.

True that to the overdress rule.

Boudin balls were good. My friend demolished his Wagyu Beef plate... I thought he was going to eat the dish. I had the Cuban which I didn't like very much.

Well their menu changes pretty often and I haven't been in months, so let me take a look at what's on their current menu and I'll let you know what I would order if I were dining there Saturday.

I'd have to look real hard at the duck salad.

Both sound really interesting to me.

The Wagu Beef with the parm fries is good.

Bouch is great because the prices are pretty low for the quality of food that you get.

i think the restaurant is pretty good maybe a little overrated. the shrimp and grit cake is good as well as the pulled pork. the boudin balls tasted like something you could get anywhere.
