This girl is unreal. From CT, came here over Bama and is under a 1 era this year despite losing B Mack as a starter to offset her. I posted a similar thread two years ago and got hammered, I hope all Tiger fans now see what a very special athlete she is and what a credit to LSU she has been for 3+ years. Yes it's only softball, but she is fun to watch and is helping us continue having another sport to be proud of...

IDGAF about softball, but it's a shame that we've had virtually no offense to help her since she's been here

looks like that may not be the case this year though

The kid is legit. She was an amazing pick up for this program, especially hailing all the way from CT.

I am excited for this program and fully support them. The season is young but I can already see the breath of life this years freshman class has given the offense. Lets hope they can maintain the momentum.

This. Same problem we've had for years under Yvette. Hopefully that changes this year because I'm sick of seeing those Bama heifers dominate SEC softball, epsecially after Murphy and Habetz screwed us over.

Does she wear a ribbon or not? That's all I'd like to know.

well said and fair point, but this year does appear diff. Part of this year's plot will be how the two young (at least in SEC play) P's will be able to help Fico out, she is durable but at some point in an sec series we will need the JC to get a win for us. Fico also has lost weight (maybe 20lbs) from her Frosh year and beyond being attractive, will it hurt her on the mound- will she wear out more? Hope not, and again, from Shelton, CT it was a MASSIVE get for YG and has paid off big time already...

i don't follow softball or any women's sport at all but happened to catch a couple of her games at the CWS during the dog days of summer last yr and was very impressed. very proud of her and the team's accomplishments.
