Thought i read that he had roots to Louisiana, but my searches haven't found any information to confirm this. Does anyone out there know if he does? Thank you.

He is from Louisiana...not sure if he is a Katrina guy or when his family moved, but he is from Louisiana.

, if only we could get more people to do this prior to starting threads...

But for now, it’s all about LSU. Though he has grown up in Oklahoma, Clark admitted he has been a fan of the Tigers for a long time. The visit didn’t do anything to hurt LSU’s chances.

from his July 2012 visit

I thought I read on here that his family is from New Orleans. Moved to Oklahoma after Katrina, I read.

Best player in Oklahoma for 2014, hear it's down to LSU,OU, and OSU.

Hopefully my Sooners get him but if not he'd be a great fit in that Tiger D.

We fired DT coach Shipp who had a great relationship with Deondre so it depends on how our new D-line hire from Michigan does.

Thank you all. Would really like to see this young man with Willis, GodChaux, and McDowell for the D line in the 2014 recruiting cycle.
