The idea that there are 2-3 teams at the top in each league...makes sense to me move to a 9 or 10 cross border league...

SPL needs to put pride aside and be absorbed into england.
put celtic in Championship for a year to see if they can do it
put current rangers in league 1
split rest of SPL among league 1 and 2
and SPL 2 and 3 could join the lower english tiers like blue square north
