Anyone receive their Louisiana Tax Refund yet?

I may be wrong but does the state wait for your fed to be completely filed so that they can check figures you submit there with what you submit with them? My state and fed have always been submitted at the same time but I never see any real progress with the state until the federal return is processed.

I filed Fed and State and got my fed back on February 7th. I was impressed.

State:
"Your return has been received but processing has not been completed."
