what was mike trouts reason for not playing other than being a fricking commie? buster posey too. i hope they had legit reasons.

none of which were verlander or trout.
of those 5 we got 1. 1!
now i havent been following any of these guys in the offseason so i dont know if they have legit excuses or not, but my guess is probably not.

Pitchers, especially starting pitchers i can at least understand. They have to work to get back to in season conditioning with their arm. I see no good reason for position players.
