How did Avery Peterson get rated so low?

He was top 100 for much of last year. Had an injury, didn't perform well in the UA all star game and I guess he just fell off? What were his stats at jucco?

Barely made it in, after going to prep school, and had a weak practice/Allstar game, if I recall.
