I think it's a paperwork issue.

That's already happening and was part of the basis of the lawsuit.

wouldn't bother me a bit. maybe having both PRO sports and AMATEUR sports is an idea worth considering.

True, but if you're a five star recruit you can get a fat endorsement contract to cover your tuition while you do your three years (football) or one (MBB).

The bigger issue would be eligibility.
