Best FIFA Game?

Starting to get into FIFA but don't want to pay $60 for the newest one. So I'm looking at 10 World Cup or 11. Logic says the newer one but a friend loves World Cup. Thoughts?

if you're looking to play online, get 12 or newer. they recently shut down the servers for 11.

The speed on World Cup was jacked up, and it might cater to a bit of an arcadey style of play, but with that said, it was fun as hell.
Having every international team, along with a full-fledged qualifying schedule did a lot for this game.
ETA: Of course if you want club teams, the regular edition is the easy choice.

fifa 13 won numerous awards...well worth it..theres pretty much 2 games in one.
