Petrol Station here in Houston sells them, changes design all the time. This was one of the recent ones

Well you take it home. Typically you get something that isn't normally bottled or only seasonally available.

And I keep my beer cold in this contraption called a refrigerator. Perhaps it's called an ice box in your parts, you may need to head down to the local ice house and get a fresh block of ice though.
