I wonder if it is in the NFL rule book. Read somewhere that it is not. In baseball, I don't think it has anything to do with intent. Simply have to put the feet down.

are you talking about when he stomped on a player on the ground? Or the Schaub incident? (which took place after he stomped Packer OL)
