Just curious why we didnt go after any of these tall recievers from the state. I was checking out the LA Top 30 adn it appeared we have around 3 or 4 guys that are over 6'3" in state. Looks as though we are chasing Spears in the 11th hour.

But between him (Spears)
Raheem Falkins
Shelby Christie

Why didnt we close any of these guys.

I can only assumed we put alot of stock in teh JUCO guys.

Also I'm glad to see Spears getting love at 14th.

Well the 2014 class of receivers is loaded, so I wouldn't worry.

We weren't interested in him...just a tall WR..nothing else stands out about him...

Yes, let's wait ANOTHER year to get one tall receiver. - I never understood this logic.

Just like I don't understand not taking a RB this year in hopes of luring in Fournette in 2014.

Spears is in the 6'2-6'3 range and can jump so that's tall enough to classify him as a big WR

Yes, let's waste ANOTHER scholarship just to get a tall WR, regardless if he has the talent. - I never understood this logic.

How tall are you? We may need you if Mett keeps over throwing the ball.
