I'm finding it hard to add weight to my slim, healthy frame. My goal is by June 1st to have put on enough weight to where I don't look like someone big fat redneck guys call "pretty boy."

Anybody else is welcome to join and post their:

lightest weight/current weight/goal weight

Let's get a sticky for this thing!

I can offer advice

Eat corn bread with butter every meal.

Have one or two honeybuns for breakfast every day.

Hardees Chicken or porkchop biscuits.

Maybe anything from Hardees.

Find a good recliner and work out in it every night.

Cold beer applied liberally across lips to back of throat and down gullet to stomach.

Tater tots - lots of them.

Pancakes and waffles.

Sausage gravy

End every day with a Snickers Candy Bar.

Brown gravy and rice with chicken fried steak.

Biscuits

More later. I have lots of tricks I can share.

going to prison and need to beef up for the big fat redneck guys?

eat lots of meats. doesn't have to be "lean" meats though.
also, never skip dessert.
get yourself some boudin and cracklins twice a week.
do your taste buds a favor and get donuts for breakfast sometimes.
Do not skim your gumbo oil....

Lots of good info there! But I'm looking to combine adding fat AND muscle .. but preferable having the fat on top and the muscle underneath. Kind of like guys who work at "mills" are really strong but you wouldn't know it because of the layer of fat on the outside.

SOUP will not be a part of this regimen.

Good news.. if you're trying to add muscle, the only way to do that is by eating a lot, taking a lot of protein and carbs.. and thereby gaining fat as well.
