I loved Not Another Teen Movie. I laughed my arse off when Molly Ringwald makes the cameo as the flight attendant at the end. Good Stuff.

The first Scary Movie is one of my favorites. This scene says everything about how I felt about 90's Horror movies.
Choices, choices....

I appreciate all the Mel Brooks movies, but Not Another Teen Movie is appreciated even more in my book because of al the attempts to follow it have been horrible.

It's hilarious.

This.

Hillary Flammond: I know a little German. He's sitting over there.

Nick Rivers: Listen to me, Hillary. I'm not the first guy who fell in love with a woman that he met at a restaurant who turned out to be the daughter of a kidnapped scientist, only to lose her to her childhood lover who she last saw on a deserted island, who then turned out fifteen years later to be the leader of the French underground.
Hillary Flammond: I know. It all sounds like some bad movie.
[Long pause. Both look at camera]

Du Quois: Well, Mr. Rivers, it seems that you have become- How do you say indispensable?
Nick Rivers: Indispensable.
Du Quois: That's what I thought.

Agreed, and Zombieland and Cabin in the Woods. Most of the movies mentioned are more straight comedies within a loose spoof framework (and Holy Grail needs a mention for this).

Some great one already listed

"Kingpin" I consider it a spoof on the Hustler/Color of Money films. Bill Murray's character makes the movie for me
