I could completely see Schiano being a control freak. And Ron's son is graduating HS, so he's going to be more mobile. Maybe he wasn't a ace, on the road recruiter, but recognizing and coaching up talent, he's as good as it gets.

I know it's Raymond's first year but I have to say the CB's played loose a lot of the year. Fundamentally they played very loose, look at Simon/Reid/Loston(of course). Honestly the freshman played better but I credit that to them steping up and competing for the starting position.

Hopefully with the new crop we bring a little tenacity back to the corner back position.

This. The secondary was awesome at South Carolina when he was there and he made LSU's secondary arguably the best in the nation. Since he left, the secondary has not been the same.

And yes, Schiano is an idiot.
