you're an idiot he returns 15 starters, has a top 3 recruiting class, and will never play a schedule as tough as last year again yet some how last year is the best he'll ever do?

They had top ten classes and better when Weiss was there. They will still struggle against teams like Pitt and Purdue.

Notre Dame under CBK is a hell of a lot better than they've been under several of his predecessors. I think for him ND is a destination, not a ladder rung. They're only going to get better.

Georgia, USCe, and aTm would have skull Notre Dame this year. The LSU and Bama team from 2011 would have made the ND players cry mercy in the first half. Heck the LSU team of 2012 from the first 9 games would have curb stomped ND.

The way Ole Miss beat Pitt, they may have beat Notre Dame. You gave up 530 yards of offense.

His stock will never be higher than it is right now. He will never win a NC at ND and will never match the 12-1 record. He can do nothing but go down from here at ND.

If he wants an NCG appearance, he better go unbeaten. This game validated every ND critic out there who doubted them. No way they get in with a loss next year with an even easier schedule than this year.

as a few of you know, I live in the South Bend area. news stations and radio are reporting that Swarbrick (the AD at ND) was completely blindsided by this, and is PISSED. He heard about it secondhand from neither Kelly or Philly's front office.
