CH2K8 was a whole lot better in terms of gameplay and legacy (dynasty) mode.
But yeah, NCAAB was prettier.

NCAA Basketball 07 for 360 was the crappiest basketball game I ever played. NBA Live for Sega Genesis was a better game than that piece of crap. I never gave it another chance.
