Can't watch Netflix on Xbox

I've been trying to watch Netflix on my 360 but every time I try to get on Netflix it kicks me out of Lice and says I need a gold account and I have one
Anybody got any ideas on what's happening

Been happening to me for a few months, now we just use apple tv for Netflix.
I wish I knew how to fix it but I just gave up

I think I had to unlink my console from my account and reactivate it to make it work IIRC

Now I can't even stay connected to Live no matter what
