I was at Walk On's in Lafayette last night and saw a poster that said if you drink all of their 59 beers on tap in 3 months, you get a personalized beer glass and a plaque or some shite.

Has anyone tried this? I wonder if it's at the BR Walk On's too (I'd imagine so). If it is, I'm totally gonna do it. Anyone else want to?

ETA nb4you're20. I have a fake so it's not an issue

I haven't seen the list, but I'm guessing you will probably have to stomach a bunch of ho-hum beers.

That's what I'm saying. I could probably do it in a month if I really wanted to. Just go a few times a week and drink 3-4

I know, I'd hardly call it a challenge. They should change it to something else

3 weeks would be better. 20 beers a week

Much more reasonable. If they really wanted to make it a challenge, they should've done 2 weeks.

It's more about getting your money than challenging you

This. Even with Chimes, I quit Around the World halfway through because I found myself ordering beer I knew for a fact I wouldn't like, just to fill the requirements. It was great when I started, as it got me (college student at the time) to branch out and appreciate the world's beer offerings, but once I ran through Germany and Belgium, I decided I'd rather turn around and go back then force myself to drink crap from India

this is hilarious. as a former british colony, there are a lot of good indian beers. ipa was invented by the british in india. rich history of beer making there.

If India makes any good beer, they haven't found their way to the USA yet.
