I cant put my finger on it exactly but I had such high expectations going into it, when I left I felt let down.

Not his best work, but its no death proof either.

Im not sure what it was but the acting seemed off to me for some reason. First time we see sam jackson he is stuttering amd stuff then in the library he is spoken like a rhodes scholar.

I thought sam l Jackson was the best part of the movie.

Overall B-

Still better than 99% of the shite Hollywood puts out now adays, so definitely worth your money

I believe this was done on purpose. He is supposed to just be the head house slave, but in all reality he is the brains behind Candyland.

Honestly, he, not Candy, is the main antagonist of the film. If it weren't for him, there would be little antagonism between Candy, Django, and Waltz.

I thought the previews looked pretty bad, so I didn't go see it.

Me too! Dude can act

Wooly, I know what you're saying. I think I would've enjoyed it more had I not hyped it up in my head so much. I still thought it was very good and the best movie so far this year

It wasn't a great movie. It was a good movie, though. It needed a lot more editing.

I just thought it was ok as well. Entertaining but it was great or anything IMO.
