Ended up at Remoulades, it was decent. 5 min wait while ACME was an hour at least.

Aside from the oysters what would you recommend?

How are raw oysters just decent? If you were looking for actual good food you shouldn't start a thread named Drago's or even have Acme in the topic at all. There are countless restaurants in the 1/4 that are awesome, but raw oysters are tough to find.

Top quality restaurants rarely have an oyster shucker. It's bar food, so expect bar food if you venture away from oysters.

I bet if we could agree on the top 20 restaurants in the 1/4 maybe one, if that, would offer raw oysters.

I was the only one who ate oysters. My wife had a poboy, daughter had etoufee and my son had a burger. Oysters were great, other stuff was meh.

I agree. I guess I'm missing something posting on my phone b/c I don't get what that has to do with raw oysters being hard to find in the FQ.

I agree with this. It's not horrible, but it is overrated and overpriced. And I agree with everyone that says to just get the char-grilled oysters there and then go somewhere else.
