think we can all agree that Boxcar Racer was the pinnacle of Blink's career

You do know that Box Car and Blink were two different bands right?

This is what Blink will roughly sound like from now on and I'm ok with that.

Yeah I agree, I'm very fine with this direction.
Each song is either an AVA song or a +44 song and I liked both bands. I don't think When Your Heart Stops Beating gets enough credit. I still really enjoy that album. Love the lyrics and Travis rips the drums up.

As far as AVA, I honestly though the main thing missing was some solid drums/percussion. The beats were extremely repretitive and elementary.

AVA had an EP drop the same day as Blink. Not sure what Tom was thinking there.

I don't know, I didn't mean to be that rude about it. I just listened to the one song.

It's subjective. I am a huge fan of some bands and sometimes they put out stuff that most people hate, but my love for them allows me to like it. I imagine you just love Blink, and that allows you to appreciate this..

Blink used to be a big one, I'm 27 now.. so that was jr high and early high school time. But bands in that same vein were played a lot.

Here's a few of the favorites now (none in the blink realm).
my morning jacket
deer tick
futurebirds
floating action
lucero
avett brothers
joe pug
the band

The EP got great reviews.

But yes as a lifelong Blink fan, fricking love it.

Reviews reshmews. Just kidding. Glad some people like this. I like Tom a lot as a person... he has the balls to speak out about stuff like 911.

Can you go further with this? I know he is big into conspiracy theories but haven't ever really seen his thoughts on 911. (not that I'm looking to be persuaded that it was an inside job).

I movie I watched about famous people standing up for 911 truth used a clip of him talking about 911.

Right. Was he saying the government did it or some other agency or what? I'd also like to know when he became a big fan of the masons. I've noticed Tom has been rocking a Masonic sticker on his guitar for the past few years now.

His part was a brief segment in the movie. If I remember correctly he was just saying that we're clearly not getting the full truth. That anyone can see there is more to this than the official story. He was saying how people shouldn't accept what they're told and look into it.

(That is odd he is rocking the mason symbol, just saw a clip on youtube of him being asked about it and replying "we don't talk about it").
