Great pic! Nothing like seeing them dive on a pile of Teal.
We'd see as many as 4 at a time last year. One pair of immature and a mature pair.
I just didn't have the right camera when I found this one perched up.

There are a couple that hang out behind Guntersville High School. Usually can see them perched up in one of the dead trees by the lake.
