LSU basketball was going to return it was just a matter of when, but some of us just didn't have the patience to wait. Make no mistake, Johnny Jones is bringing LSU back, and much sooner than you think.

My first season tickets were high in the nose bleed section during the 80's, finally was able to move to the mid level. Some dum arse talked me into giving them up in Brady's last year.

There were many memorable games I attended, Loyola M. , Kentucky and others, but one of my favorites had to be no.1 UNLV with a national audience watching hearing our student chanting "Show Your Tits" at the UNLV cheerleaders.

Ricky Blanton assisted Chris Jackson in making the winning shot.

You're a tard if you let someone else talk you into getting rid of your season tickets.

It's just ashame that LSU waited so long to get someone in here that COULD turn the corner.....

It's stil early but JJ will win here

LSU failed in that brought in coaches to whom IT WAS JUST A JOB,
and had no heart or real love for LSU.

THAT is sensed in recruiting by the recruits
JJones loves LSU and the recruits will know it.

I'm as excited as anyone about watching our team play, but calm down. We haven't beaten anyone of note yet and are about to go on a 3-game road trip with 2 dangerous teams on it. Let's at LEAST do that first before proclaiming we have the next final 4 team on our hands.

We won the SEC in Chris's freshman year before Shaq and Stanley and the rest got on the floor. Something to be said for a team with chemistry as opposed to a bunch of stars who all want the ball.

OP's heart is in the right place. This years team will do well to match record of last years squad. Next year is when the JJ era will kick in to gear. That recruiting class with the 14,15 class will have the potential to make deep tourny runs every year. It will then be determined how good a coach we really hired.

Why do you have to wait for results? Jump on the train while it's stopped, its much more rewarding than waiting for the bandwagon. I promise you that.

We've won a total of 5 games so far. However, judging by the scores of non-conference games played todate, the league is pretty soft this yr. So if JJ can push this team to over achieve, it can possibly do half way decent this yr. UT's scored in the 30's two games in a row. Ga. has been getting creamed, AU as well, Moo St. sucks, etc. However, the top teams in the league, UK, Fla, mabe Vandy, will kick everyone's butts, badly.

Is it really that difficult to get good LSU basketball tickets? Even when we were decent the PMAC was always empty

Second year season ticket holder, it was very easy. No waiting list. Just tell them what you want.

You could get mid-level season tickets before this season. I suspect it will be the same this offseason.
