I know that Sammy's is now serving boiled crawfish. Does anyone know where live crawfish is available near Baton Rouge, or Gonzales?

I was in Eunice and Mamou 2 weeks ago, and only a few crawfish farmers were filling their ponds. Most of the ponds are still empty. Please explain.

Avoid them for a little while. Had some bad ones last Sunday.

I bought a 10# special for $42.50 Wednesday Evening in Raceland at Nicks, they were very good, a small to medium size.

still empty as in no water or no traps?

everything should be flooded up by now but most people aren't fishing yet and the ones that are are only doing a small part of what they will do in a month or so

That surprising, usually it's too hot, or too cold, or too wet, or too dry.
