This season has been better then the last 2 or 3. This episode was great. I don't miss Andy at all. Although I'm saddened to hear he's making another Hangover. That series needs to die.
Did I miss it or was there no theme song this episode?

This was not a bad episode at all.
There wasn't, the wife kept asking to quit bitching about it.

They've ruined Andy's character. He went from competent hard worker last season finale to looney mid life crisis mode in all of half a year.
To be fair, this sometimes happens IRL

I mean it doesn't compare to the first three seasons but IMO nothing does. This was a solid episode and this has been a good season. I almost have forgotten about Michael Scott.

Better than last season only, but I do agree about Andy.

I know for a fact that I won't be buying this season... just like last season... it's so incredibly bad... it's like the show is going nowhere on purpose and they don't even try

You seem extremely mad

Darrel and Dwight were great!
I've really enjoyed this season a lot, it seems everyone wants to go out with a bang. Plus it helps that they have unleashed Dwight in full force.

did ed helms leave the show and this whole him sailing, staying away, and letting this new guy take erin was there way of writing him out?
I figured he was making a movie or something like that.
I really liked the episode though, and it feels like it flows much better without Andy there as the boss.
Darryl was awesome. "frick YOU, Jim Halpert!"

Really enjoyed the episode, but they really missed out on an opportunity.
When the new guy was acting out Die Hard to Erin, they should have had Kevin sitting on the floor completely enthralled with the story. Guy trying to make a move on Erin, but can't because Kevin is completely zoned in to what is happening.
