The lower isn't broken per se. It is just about 70% disassembled and I noticed that one of the bevel gears is chipped, so I was going to replace it. It also needs gaskets and seals. Seafoam won't work at this point as it is not attached and therefore not running.

Do you have Ray in Denham's number or address?

Slightly off topic, but has anyone heard of a seacraft outboard? Looking at one on craigslist, but can't find anything about them on google.

Mr Charlie retired several years ago and his sone, who had had multiple heart attacks has some kid doing the work as he instructs and it is HORRIBLE,absolutely horrible.

When I passed by Simon's the other day, his yard was as empty as I've seen it in a long, long time. Might be a good time to get it to him. He does good work, and I've had good work done at Ascension Marine on the stuff involving the computer and electrical issues that a lot of the smaller shops don't have the equipment to do. FTB experiences have involved a lot of redo, and they are higher than giraffe pussy.
