I don't remember the exacts but I do know after someone made it into a bowl game last year with a 6-7 record that the NCAA Board of Directors passed a rule the if a team finishes 6-7 they would not be allowed to play in a bowl game. There are a few teams out there that could end up in this situation this year which could have an effect on what teams make it in and where they play.
