I will be at the game posting drive updates and trying to keep some stats rolling gotta figure has to b a finalist for the televised game this week even tho they were right down the interstate in Crowley last week we will see tho can't wait for them to suit up

If the heights/weights I saw were correct, Barbe's offense will stay on the sidelines all game. They better score everytime they get it. 230 across the DL vs this WM line...Cam might have 20 pancakes this game. WM will use ball control and shorten the game. No way Barbe scores 41. They very well might win, I'll give you that. I just feel pretty good about WM's chances now that I've seen Barbe's size.
As far as WM not being strong this year, depends on who you're comparing them to IMO. Are they a top 5 WM team? Nope. Are they stronger than last year, easily IMO. Better offensive line, better rushing attack, better back 7 on defense. The only way last year's team was better was the pass rush from the DE's that are at TCU now.

I was at the Barbe/Parkway game last Friday and was not that impressed with Barbe. The 2 crucial events that led to Parkway's demise: #41 on Barbe's defense kicked a Parkway O-lineman after the play was whistled dead taking him out of the game in the 2nd quarter (oddly, everyone around me saw it but the referee didn't) and Parkway's QB stretched the ball out to reach over the goal line and fumbled out the endzone, rather than tucking it, taking the 1st down and tying the game with 6 or 7 minutes left.
Those 2 things got Barbe the win. WM can beat them. And if WM's defense is close to what they put on the field year in and year out, Barbe won't score over 21.
And yes, #85 for Barbe looks like a man among children! Lol

00884, I suspect you will see a good game. Barbe will score 28> 31 points and WM could score more or less. The Bucs have a lot more maturity and experience on offense but new faces on defense.

I recall the teams met there for the 2001 game and WM had about 6000 fans that all arrived in mostly Ford Country Squire stationwagons and 20 year old pick up trucks all seemingly equipped with tow chains and jumper cables. Do their fans continue to travel to away games in large numbers?

Barbe skill position players will give WM all they can handle. Defense on the other hand not as good. kICKER MCGEE and homefield may make the difference this year. I'll be there!

I read Barbe threw three picks in the first half, but they were still tied 28-28 at halftime. If Barbe didn't shoot itself in the foot repeatedly, they probably would have had the game iced by halftime, it sounds like.
I don't know if I've ever heard of a game where a QB had four touchdowns and three interceptions in a half.
