Thanksgiving? They're not bad, but Thanksgiving is the only time I purchase them.

I get them quite a bit. they are good to sop up gravy. My wife likes the crescent rolls, but Im not a fan of those as much as the brown and serves.

I buy pistolettes. Great dinner roll and great to make little sandwiches with turkey, roast beef, ham, or brisket.

I don't buy much bread, I'd rather bake, but a nice looking bag of pistolettes is hard to pass up. Same for a loaf of Leidenheimers. Unfortunately, Brown & Serve roll didn't make the cut when I got to the "is this worth the calories" stage of my life.

Don't get those.

Go to the freezer aisle and get the Sister Schubert dinner rolls. 350 degrees 5-10 minutes.

I made one of those once and it was really good. I think it was the Pillsbury Simple brand French Bread.

As for biscuits, gotta go with the freezer aisle's Pillsbury biscuits. I refuse to eat canned biscuits after eating those.

This board is the first place I've heard of Sister Schubert. I will have to give them a try.
