Well, we won plenty of games in the past when we had the shite side of the map by successfully flipping the other team. If you are good enough you will win anyway.

They'll more than likely offer a classic domi playlist at some point.

so, given it's only been out 10 hours or so, worth getting or not?

Switching sides prevents map imbalance issues, it's better IMO.

Not sure why this is a big deal. If you own at domi, you can do it from either side of the map, correct?

it's just kind of taking one of the basic game types and trying to make it something it's not.

a team can work hard to position themselves on the correct side of the map, capture 2 flags, setup to hold down the 2 flags, and get the lead.

then once the 2nd round starts they don't have any flags. the score is 0-0. and the other team has the opportunity to win.

it would be like playing the first quarter of a football game. patting the losing team on the head. and then telling them "it's okay, don't feel bad, we can start over"

i think so too, which is why i'm going to be patient with DOM. Alot of LESI like to play DEMO now more anyhow.

I did think the Demolition was really underrated on MW2 and Black Ops...I liked that mode.

No, it isn't. It's like having a lead at halftime and then either maintaining it, losing it, or increasing it.

Isn't that the same way demo works tho? Hey good round....now we switch sides.

Not trolling here but are y'all just pissed bc it ruins spawn traps?

Fwiw I may hate it too. I don't know why they would have messed with it. If it ain't broke don't fix it. I will find out tonight

No. Dom can only have 2 rounds, combined score wins. Dem has tiebreaker.

we'll see. no way of knowing. sounds like anti and gang weren't having too much trouble still trapping.

just got to learn spots on both sides of the map or flip them on one round. i just hope the length of the game isn't drastically changed.

i'm remaining positive. i have high hopes for this game. And I think TreArch will work out the bugs no matter what.

But the score doesn't reset. Whatever lead you got in the first round carries over. Or am I incorrect?

I dont think the score resets. I think the first round score is the starting score for round 2, only the three flags are open again. I could be wrong, I'm stuck at work so i havent played yet. But I will be on for rapefest later.

so, 2 rounds, but do the scores reset between rounds?

say LESI wins Round 1 200-150
but Da Clan wins Round 2 200-140

Da Clan wins 350-340?

On the screen it will, but the 1st round numbers are still carried over.

Trapping is still pretty easy. I was caught in a few last night.

I just hate how the two rounds of DOM make the games feel so short. Most games I've been in either team won't reach the max points before time runs out.
