The Goats of Fi Fi Island....

Spin off from a post on the Politard Board... Anybody else remember the goats on Fi Fi Island across Bayou Rigaud from Grand Isle? Whatever happened to them? Used to be cool when we'd night fish from the wharf at Cheramie's.

I remember them as a kid. Pretty sure they got washed away. Do you remember the cows on Grand Terre? I always wondered how they survived.

No, never saw the cows. I didn't start going to Grand Isle till high school.
