I dont see Jennings near those guys in running ability. I see him once again more like Matt Flynn which was a pro-style QB with good mobility.
Drew Brees, Rodgers, Luck, Matt Flynn, RG3 are dual-threat. What you just described with good mobility makes you a dual threat. Now guys like Brees won't just run for the hell of it. We have seen him run before
