Question on BO2 and the Nuketown map

Is the Nuketown 2025 map available only for people who preorder or will everyone get it on launch day whether you preordered or not? I'm asking this cause I didn't preorder yet due to me probably just walking into Walmart after work and picking the thing up. I wanna play the new map though...so do I have to preorder on Amazon on something to get it?

You can preorder at Walmart just buy the 5 dollar preorder card it goes toward the game plus this that preorder get double Xp the first weekend

So if i go to walmart and just pay 5 extra dollars i get nuketown 2025 + double xp or i have to do it online before release?
