Didn't watch your video but stay towards the outside of the map. That's the best tip ever for a "noob"

Run into the middle of the map and start randomly firing until you hit someone

Switch to assasin instead of quickdraw, use stalker instead of marksmen, and if you're having accuracy problems use a red dot instead of a silencer.
Also learn the maps (SPAWNS, head glitching spots, popular points, etc)

I've learned there's no time to think... and a red dot's recoil doesn't help line them up. So I just go w/ steady aim & most accurate AR...

Learn spawn points use dead silence and assassin learn to use your equipment better your claymore placement was poor
