This thread has been hilarious. You all know el Guacho is a troll, and yall still get pissed off.

I saw Green Day around 2001 or 2002. It was cool for the first half hour, and then it was boring as shite. Three guys on a huge stage playing their instruments stationary

the best bands at festivals are always the smaller ones because they try harder because they have to compete for attention. the headliners are usually the worst sets at music festivals

I agree with this in most instances. It's a bigger deal to some of the smaller acts, so they really bring the energy. The really fantastic acts (Porcupine Tree) usually get stuck with 25 minute sets or something stupid like that.

So, you don't know who Neutral Milk Hotel is....ignorance isn't a noble trait. They were a damn good and largely influential band that was from Louisiana.

Porcupine Tree was considered one of those smaller ones, and they blew every other band at that festival out of the water. Britney Spears is a bigger act than Tool, but she is certainly not a better live act.

I would consider Daft Punk a fantastic replacement, I assume you disagree?

Definitely not what I'm into, but it seems I'm in the minority here.
