My husband brought a lot of these home yesterday and I'm looking for ideas for them. Thanks!

Sorry I have no recipes to give, but could they be stuffed or made into a popper?

Also I'm sure roasting them would give them more ways to be used as well.

I pickle them in a sweet brine.

But I am a freak for hot and sweet

Banana peppers are mild, not hot? Right?

They have a hot variety of banana pepper. I've got some in the garden.

Seems a bit odd, but I'm willing to try it.

Cut em long ways in half, stuff with Italian sausage, feta and mozzerela, stick em back together and wrap a piece of bacon around them. Cook in the oven or on the grill until the sausage is done.

Wrap a piece of bacon around a pine cone and it would be good.

I do it mainly just to keep the things together. The peppers, cheese and sausage are badass enough on their own.

We're stuffing them with cream cheese, either bison or Italian sausage and wrapping with bacon and cooking them inside on my cast iron griddle. Should be finished in a few minutes.
