Leonard FournetteScouting Report
Size: Fournette has great size for a running back. At 6-1, 220 pounds with little body fat, he is a rare find at this level. Once he is in a college weight program, Fournette likely will push the 230-pound mark.
Speed/quickness/acceleration: He runs a consistent 4.4-second 40-yard dash. There is no doubt that his size and speed combination is elite. When you factor in his explosive burst and lateral quickness, it is easy to see why Fournette boasts more than 100 scholarship offers.
Power: Despite his size, it is hard to call him a pure power back due to his all-around abilities, but arm-tackling Fournette is nearly impossible. When faced with the situation where dropping his shoulder to get the tough yards is necessary, Fournette often doles out the punishment and drags tacklers for extra yardage. He power cleans 285 pounds, which is impressive for a running back.
Hands: One of the more remarkable things about his game is his ability to catch the football. He understands the importance of getting out of his breaks to gain separation from the defender. If the ball hits his hands, he usually catches it.

I find myself going to nola.com a lot these days for LSU team info in general, as well as recruiting. I like what they've done.

24. Damian Williams, Rummel, QB, 6-1 210 (Uncommitted: Florida International, Kansas State, UL-Monroe, Memphis, Southern Miss, Tulane)

This lefty QB
is it funny to anyone else that Jimmy Smith thinks the best QB prospect in LA is lefthanded?
good to see this hack is still a joke
