I somewhat agree with the XL statement. I have a large and it can get tight.
Once I have more space I am going to get an XL to go with my large... Mainly for the cooking space but also helps if you want to do a different type of cook... Say vegetables on one while u cook a ribeye at 900degrees

You need to hang out more often. Good post.
I have the plate setter and I just leave it. I might scrape it after the grill is hot when I'm cleaning the grill.
The extender looks nice but I had eight chicken halves on mine last week and hell I just stacked them on top of each other and moved around about every fifteen or so minutes. Works well.
My gasket burned off six months ago and I just keep cooking and it's no different. I'll fix it one day.
And while my gas grill is under roof I keep my egg, in the nest, outside in the weather since I've had it for a few years and it's fine.

I ordered that awhile back. It's sitting on my workbench. Every time I think of it the pits hot.
