Ive been looking at purchasing a home within the next 6-9 months and have started doing some research on FHA loans.
I know down payments for these loans are at least 3.5%, can someone clarify the closing and cash to close.
TIA

Down payment- what you bring to closing that will go into equity
Closing costs- pre-paids (escrow & interest) + lender fees (origination, filing fees, etc)
Cash at closing- down payment + closing costs.
