Has anyone seen a Cox Communication truck?

Not only have I not seen one, but I can't get a live human on the phone.

have you tried resetting your box? You can do this yourself online

How so? I've had power since Thusday, but my cable/internet went down early Tuesday.

well this may not be an option for you. When my power came on the cable was not working. I went to my account online and there was an option to reset the box. It took twenty minutes to fully reset and everything was back to normal.
Sounds like your cable is down though so this may not be an option.

You can manually reset the box or router by unplugging it for thirty second as well.

Out in the Central/BR area; I didn't see the truck but something happened and I got cable back today around 3. A tree had knocked the power and cable lines down (main, street cables, not to the house).
Power came on around 8pm last nite(judging by the time on the flashing clock), and cable/internet restored at 3 today. All is good
