faster lineup which usually means more small people on the court

So a good example of a team that likes to "go small" would be OKC Thunder if I am understanding it right?

I don't watch the NBA so I'm not sure about the OKC roster. All I know is Westbrook and Durant.

Small ball is when you put players in for Speed, quickness, shooting ability, defense, etc. They are normally undersized in NBA terms.

You usually run 3 guards out there and have a small forward playing the 4 and a power forward playing the 5. You want to play an uptempo style getting up and down the court, obviously you sacrifice defense as you have some people playing out of position on D

That's their normal lineup, not when they go small.

Clippers do this frequently with Paul, Billups, Mo Williams at the same time, Reggie Evans at the 4, and either Griffin or Jordan at the 5.

Two guys that can rebound, everybody that can run the floor.
