Saw it on thier sign today. Really?!? This is what's going to represent baton rouge? I wish they woulda gone to Tonys or something like that. This is another example of why BR will never be a great food town.

He was on the Fox news morning show today. Featured 3 strange foods from around the US. One was Gas Station Boudin. Gretchen tried it and loved it.

I don't watch the guy. He tries so much food that is really just not good, and says, "it's not bad. Its got an earthy flavor". STFU. You know that stuff sucked.
Boutin's is not good either.

Boutin's is bizarre. It's overpriced frozen seafood that has no flavor at all.

MSN's Appetite for Life with Andrew Zimmern will be in North Boulevard Town Square this Wednesday to film show segments in front of a live audience. A food truck "Wround-up" will be held in conjunction with the event, with each truck preparing a dish that reflects its unique concept but is rooted in Cajun flavors. The food trucks will donate 10% of gross sales to the Capital Area United Way, which is partnering with the show! The public will be able to purchase jambalaya samples to benefit the Capital Area United Way at the event. Come out and enjoy a plate of Jambalaya while participating in the filming!
