Anyone know if they're available in the Baton Rouge Area? I really don't want to have to wait until i go to New Orleans to get some.
For those of you unfamiliar with it, he makes a really good line of seasonings, and the salt free one is one of the best around.

I've never seen them. Which ones do you like?

I used to watch that guy on TV growing up in Houma. When I got the "Frank Davis Cooks Cajun, Creole and Crescent City" cookbook, I picked up the beef and vegetable seasonings. They are pretty good. I can't remember where in BR I bought them. I want to say it was one of the Associated Grocers stores.
If you haven't checked out that cookbook, the Mardi Gras steak and potatoes is delicious.

Gris Gris, i like the Bronzing seasoning and the Wild Game seasoning. The Salt Free one is one of the best around....just herbs and spices, no salt substitutes. I've found it at Dorignac's and Rouse's in New Orleans.

LEASTBAY, did you get it in Baton Rouge? If so, where? I agree, its one of the higher quality seasoning blends on the market.
